I think
you’re like spring umber--
just a glimpse of you
before all’s chartreuse.
One minute you’re here,
then away--
and in the next, I realize
you’ve always been gone.

Hey, it’s NaPoWriMo Day 30! What?! We did it!
This is for Bjorn’s prompt in the Imaginary Garden, having to do with particle waves and photoelectricity or somesuch.

  1. Nailed it. I am unworthy! No more than a drop needed to turn the pool emerald. (OK, chartreuse)

  5. 'You have become just a figment of my imagination.'
Like Mrs. Jim was told by a six-year-old girl this morning who was talking with a seven-year-old boy, "We need some space." Oh well.

  6. I love the colours in this, Marian! You've really caught the opening of buds.

  7. The property of wave as a resonance from that particular image of present and not present also connects to Heisenberg's uncertainty

  8. you've always been gone...
A sad realization, as we always try to cling to things so possessively.
