the gist of the year

Driving under
chalkboard Sky,
Belly roiling,

seeking
to contain Fear--

Finding Solace
in almond Eyes
and small Hands.

The Gist of the Year.

  1. Yes, those beautiful eyes and small hands - your true north.

  2. a chalkboard sky..such a cool vision. Made me think of black, swirling (all that dust settled) and then a slate to start writing on..a place to start with colored chalk and a USEFUL eraser.

life is going to reset, over and over, day after day...anyway.
REBOOT, with little hands to help.
